Bringing Seward Johnson’s Vision to Bordentown

BSF recently collaborated with The Seward Johnson Atelier to install three incredible sculptures throughout the city. Known for his realistic, life-sized figures that capture everyday moments, Seward Johnson’s work has been displayed in public spaces around the world—and now, Bordentown is part of that legacy.

• "Inner World, Outer World" – 137 Farnsworth Ave. | A figure reading a customized newspaper, inviting onlookers to pause and reflect.
• "Weekend Painter" – 375 Farnsworth Ave. (Smires Realty) | A tribute to everyday artists, capturing creativity in motion.
• "Monet, Our Visiting Artist" – Hilltop Park | A sculpture honoring Claude Monet, blending the worlds of painting and sculpture.

These sculptures are on loan for one year, making this the perfect time to visit Bordentown and experience them in person!
